(Português) Youtube Encerra o Maior Canal de Touradas e Promete Combater o Abuso Animal

O Youtube encerrou o canal do utilizador PabloLopezRiobo, o qual era considerado o maior canal de touradas. As regras do serviço salientam que é proibido divulgar “conteúdo sobre as atividades negativas como abuso animal”. Um pequeno clique para o Youtube, um avanço gigante na luta contra as touradas. A conta do utilizador PabloLopezRiobo, que detinha aquele que era considerado o maior canal de promoção da tourada, foi encerrada no sábado [2 nov 2013] por promover o abuso animal. As regras do Youtube são claras: os utilizadores não podem publicar vídeos “com conteúdo sobre as atividades negativas como abuso animal, abuso de drogasou fabrico de bombas”. Pablo Lopez, o utilizador da conta encerrada, revelou ter ficado surpreendido e “angustiado”, lembrando que recebia milhares de visitas de fora da Espanha. “Pode haver vídeos de lutadores com a muleta, mas não podem acertar ou matar o touro”, explicitou um porta-voz do Youtube, citado pelo site Veoverde. O problema do Youtube, segundo o mesmo responsável, é a falta de meios para vigiar os milhões de vídeos que são publicados diariamente. O site apela aos utilizadores para ‘trabalharem’ e denunciarem todos os conteúdos com abuso animal ou outras “atividades negativas”. Para o mesmo porta-voz, não adianta alegar que essas “atividades” fazem parte da cultura ou da tradição do país, como aconteceu com o deputado espanhol Toni Cantó, que no Parlamento defendeu que “os animais não têm direito à vida ou à liberdade“.
