This reads like either a critique of the US, meaning “how dare US sell so much to so many impoverished – almost bankrupt – countries”, or a praise of such wonderful American achievement, to be able to sell so much in the face of so much internaotional competition!!!!.
Of course, in most markets, USA will always sell more than its rivals, but this is merely because USA, being such a big and bellicose country produces much more than others. However, a study of sales made to the same countries by France, Belgium, Israel, Switzerland, Sweden, Poland, Italy, UK, Canada, Russia, China, etc, will show you that other countries are not doing badly.
In fact, the organizations listed above as responsible for “the project”. The Latin America Working Group Education Fund makes sure, citizens in every country receive a “patriotic/nationalistic education”, No.1 ingredient for the promotion of wars.
The Center for International Policy studies what policies are the best to antagonise countries, or citizens within a country (for ex: pro-Chavez – anti-Chavez)and work closely with CIA. The Washington Office on Latin America is basically the same, promoting via all their Embassies in Latin America, civil unrest, big, chaotic and violent demonstrations, guerrilla and terrosist movements, national strikes, revollutions, political assassinations, etc. etc.
Exactly as Franklin Delano Roosevelt said: “In history, if something happened, you can be sure it wasn´t an accident. If it happened, it means it was planned.”
By the way, “who” are you “Just the Facts”? I think that if the information provided is not yours, you should identify yourself.
