(Italiano) Il servizio Migranti di Aosta non deve chiudere. Petizione-appello alla comunità politica globale

Da pochi giorni la comunità straniera e la comunità valdostana hanno appreso dai media che il servizio Migranti di Aosta dal 4 gennaio 2016 non sarà più operativo.

Dopo 25 anni.

Le motivazioni addotte sembrerebbero essere legate a ragioni di razionalizzazione e riorganizzazione.

Non è dato sapere dove e a chi potranno rivolgersi gli stranieri e “i migranti” che dal 4 gennaio arriveranno in Valle d’Aosta.

L’accoglienza è un dovere sancito dalla Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana.
L’accoglienza diffusa, strutturata e organizzata è il solo modo per rispondere ai bisogni delle persone che emigrano o che cercano rifugio.

La regione Valle d’Aosta è l’unica regione in Italia a non aver istituito un progetto SPRAR (Sistema di protezione per richiedenti asilo e rifugiati) finanziato dal fondo nazionale per le politiche e i servizi dell’asilo (FNPSA).
Questo sistema rappresenta un’importante risposta strutturata ai bisogni delle persone che emigrano e che cercano rifugio anche in Valle d’Aosta.
Esso pone l’accoglienza al di fuori del concetto di emergenza.

Ad oggi non è dato comprendere come potrà essere prestato il servizio di assistenza agli stranieri e ai “migranti” per cui i sostenitori della petizione, al momento più di 500, chiedono che il servizio continui a restare aperto e a disposizione di “tutte le persone comuni che vivono in tempi straordinari.”
