All parents want their children to be independent–so long as they do everything exactly the way the parents want.
Don’t worry if children don’t listen to you. You can rest assured that they constantly watch you!
A woman admonishes a little girl on the street: “Don’t show your tongue at the gentleman.” She replies, “This is my doctor, he likes it.”
Johnny uses a bad word and mother promises to give him 50 cents if he does not use it again until his birthday. Johnny: “I know another one that is worth 70 cents.”
