An imaginary journey, also interplanetary?
How could its goal become extraordinary?
30 hours as interplanetary travelers we’ll reach our destination
by using the most powerful rocket for passenger transportation
People from two planets each other will be able to know
and the seeds of peaceful interdependence we will sow
Earth languages to be used? No, because they will not be understood
A communicative system will be cooperatively created for interplanethood
To universal harmony what will be the journey´s major contribution?
The launching and implementation of a CosmoDigniRevolution
What everlasting lesson will that journey teach Humanity?
Beyond our pride in a scientific-technological advance,
deep humility and broad spirituality we should enhance

Francisco Gomes de Matos, Ph.D. is an applied peace linguist from Recife, Brazil. He has degrees in Languages, Law, and Linguistics. He is Professor Emeritus at the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco where he is active in the Dom Hélder Camara Human Rights Commission. He is one of the pioneers in Linguistic Rights (author of 1984 Plea for a Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights) and in the emerging area of Peace Linguistics.
