Dr. Ravi P. Bhatia – TRANSCEND Media Service
See the background — hills, mountains, rivers, gardens, forests
All standing, full of colours, sounds, along paths with twists
Look at the views of these and other interesting sights galore
When you feel you have seen all, look again and find many more
How’s that? Did you miss some or you felt you saw them before
How far are these from you, are you sure there are no more
Raise your voice, shout loudest, get an echo after some moments
Recede further no echo, shout loudly again till your throat torments
What happened? Who or what gobbled the echo
Oh, there are some falcon birds that fly high
Did they absorb your voice or its echo — what a pity
Light travels faster than sound, the view looks pretty
Forget about voices and echoes — see the colours around
Yes pretty colours and their hues can be seen abound
You can’t miss the sights, you won’t miss their colours
Splashing themselves to look beautiful, forget the horrors
They were there when no one was around
How sensible of them to hold their ground
Let us leave them today as they are
Come again tomorrow and see colours galore
Nature is what it is — it teaches you patience
It rewards you with colours and beauty immense
Good bye for now, no ifs, no sorrow
Will surely come here again tomorrow
