4 Jul 2024 – During the last 24 hours, the Zionist military committed four massacres, resulting in 58 martyrs and 179 wounded.
A few days after the nine-month anniversary of the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Health of that Palestinian territory reported on Thursday that the occupying forces killed 58 civilians and injured 179.

According to the portfolio, during the last 24 hours the Zionist military committed four massacres against families, with the aforementioned death toll and injuries, so now the number of Palestinians killed since October 7 to date amounts to 38,011, mostly women and children.
The office specified that the injured during the current aggression total 87,445, while some 10,000 people are missing and there are several victims trapped under rubble or in places where rescue teams or ambulances cannot access due to persistent bombardments by the occupants.
The Gazan Ministry of Health also warned during this day that in a matter of hours the generators that provide electricity to the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis will be shut down due to the lack of fuel to operate them.

This is the only remaining main hospital with the capacity to provide services to patients, following the interruption of work at the European Hospital in Gaza, also located in that governorate, which had to close following evacuation orders from the Israeli occupiers.
In addition to depriving the population of essential services, the closure of that centre would deprive thousands of people displaced by Israeli aggression of refuge.
The Nasser Medical Complex was subjected to an intense Israeli siege in early February. After the withdrawal of the military from Tel Aviv, several mass graves with 283 bodies of murdered Palestinians were found in areas of the facility.
According to local sources and witnesses, five Palestinians, including children, were killed and many were wounded after an Israeli air strike targeted a Gaza City market on Thursday.

Also on Thursday, Israeli warplanes bombed a school in al-Daraj neighbourhood, east of Gaza City. Displaced civilians were sheltering there. Many children and women were killed and injured.
