The international community???? “We” protect ourselves from nation states that might……???? I hoped this video might put my mind at rest!!! Do these Brits and their friends never consider that THEY are the “bad guys”??? The constant references we hear, and the billions spent on “security” and blaming Russia, China, etc, the sanctions to stop others from accessing “our” technical superiority, the plans to reduce the development of designated enemies mean that genuine learning and developments like AI which can be used to help the world (NOT just “us”) are limited, by the parts of the globe that want to remain in charge.
Cooperation is possible, and in the past countries even at war allowed exchanges of scientists who travelled and discussed developments even in wartime!!
What is called misinformation or disinformation is NOT TRUTH necessarily! The UK media and definitely the USA’s “paper of record” do not remotely present facts unless their owners allow it!!
