(Castellano) Peru: Prohibirían Ingreso de Menores a Espectáculos Taurinos

La Comisión de Cultura y Patrimonio Cultural, que preside el legislador Julio Rosas Huaranga (GPF), aprobó por unanimidad una iniciativa que propone prohibir el ingreso de menores de edad a espectáculos taurinos. Rosas Huaranga explicó que la prohibición del ingreso de menores, donde se maltrata y da muerte al animal, está basada en la prevención que el Estado debe tener con la salud mental de menores de edad que son influenciados con la violencia propia de las corridas de toros.

“Así como se prohíbe el ingreso de menores a la exhibición de pornografía, a las salas de juego, casinos, al acceso a las bebidas alcohólicas, el propósito es evitar que los menores sean afectados en su integridad moral”, sostuvo.

El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto por parte de los responsables de ejecutar la prohibición será sancionada con la imposición de una multa no menor a 20 UIT (73 mil soles). En caso de la primera reincidencia la sanción será no menor de 50 UIT (182 mil 500 soles); y en caso de la segunda reincidencia la plaza de toros sería clausurada, según la propuesta.
