Write your thoughts.
When you feel you tied up in manic knots.
Expose your delicate and dark spots.
You need to connect the clinical dots.
Even if you feel a phobia or a  great loss.
Write, create, use words.
They have healing power similar to herbs.

Pen  your feelings…
It’s a form of healing.
Even if you  feel emptiness, anxiety and no meaning.
Words are powerful!
Poetry is wonderful.
Healing and helping
Even if your emotions are  insomnia and melting.
The hurting, the helpless.
Hearing sounds, or creeping monsters,
Phobias, OCD or paranoia.
Feeling fearful?
Words are powerful!

Poetry is therapy.
Writing is a remedy.
Pen words like a melody.
Emotions can get clarity.
Poetry will give serenity.
You may even find your destiny!
Trauma should not break your integrity.
Don’t let depression become your identity.
Poetry can benefit mentally.
Use words metaphorically.
Untap your spirituality.
Let go of deep hurt and agony.

Life does NOT have to be a tragedy.
Poetry is not a formality.
Create your own reality.
It’s not insanity.
Use poetry as a fantasy.
Its better than the drug ecstasy!
