The Rhino

I watch you on the safari.
There you go…rhinoceros
To think that you are murdered
They search through the thicket and thorns
For your God given horns
That’s so preposterous!
Sadly, you are unable to roam freely.
You are being threatened by slaughter.
Even when you try to sap cool water.
They ignore nature.
All for a horn.
This illegal trade… they kill for a prize
Humankind and their glutinous greed.
This is a mockery of nature.
They don’t care, its only about need
So, the rhino is left to die and bleed.
All for selfish greed.
Don’t worry nature will return.
Armed with her pitchfork.

A great tribute to Rhino a herbivores breed by you to have pity on this single horned animal for its only horn that the treacherous people with no mercy seek its death with no mercy.
Very nicely written poem giving faith to Rhino as nature to take care with some kind people with pitchfork to feed it.
Very nice appeal to animal lovers and animal justice. @Dr.Usha Roopnarain has loving heart to this great loveable animal.
