Keep Dreaming

Neither do I see you in person
Nor am I able to dream about you
What pressure have you exerted on my dreams
If I could dream, I could write pages and dreams
About my family that has thrown me out
Feeling that I might expose their misdeeds
Even my friends have left me one by one
Why, because I did not support their selfish attitudes
My heart throb has been equally blatant
In not returning my love by word, only by taunt
Forgetting that if a monument is broken
It can be rebuilt, but who can repair a broken heart
You have broken my heart, now let me dream in peace
Not about the hurtful life, only its outward appearance
Release the pressure on my dreaming
So I can understand the world and its meaning
Allow me to keep dreaming
