PALESTINE - ISRAEL:
Yes, I visited the website mentioned above.
Some of the most tragic scenes is those of children suffering. No suitable words are found to describe their agonies.
When was a child, I had a positive impression about the 21st Century in which people in the world would live peacefully and happily. Now I am living in the 21st Century. The photographs in that website depict what happened to those children in Gaza just last week.
Did we, humans, learn lessons from the 20th Century? It seems to me that we are extending and expanding negative aspects of the 20th Century. If we have learned lessons from the 20th Century, why there are so many tragedies — that we saw similar ones in the 20th Century, still happening? Even dogs and cats learn lessons from their mistakes. How about “homo sapiens”?
It is highly likely that what Israel did this time (and the past) constitutes the crime against humanity.
There is the International Criminal Court. But Israel and the US are not State parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/States_Parties_to_the_Rome_Statute_of_the_International_Criminal_Court
In the 1990s, ad hoc tribunals were established, including the International Tribunal for the the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
But there is no movement to establish an ad hoc criminal tribunal such as an International Criminal for Israel and Palestine (ICTIP). It is because the US will surely block any movement as such at the UNSC.
Implications?: Karadzic and Mladic and their army were not allowed to kill innocent civilian Bosnian Muslims. But Netanyahu and his army are allowed to kill innocent civilian Palestinian Muslims?

When human efforts do not work, would you expect a miracle (divine intervention)? In Auschwitz, how many Jews (and elsewhere in Europe during WWII) cried for God’s help? No miracles. No divine intervention. Today, how many Palestinians are crying for God’s help? No miracles so far. No divine intervention so far. Both Jews and Palestinians have cried for help to the same God. Anything wrong? If so, what’s wrong? Or nothing’s wrong? The world is as it is? Or is that the world as it should be?
Correction: In the 4th paragraph above in my second comment, an “International Criminal for Israel and Palestine (ICTIP)” should be corrected as follows: an “International Criminal Tribunal for Israel and Palestine (ICTIP).”
