This paper, highlights the 07^th October 2023, Hamas’s invasion of the State of Israel and the author presents an alternative view of the perceived brazen belligerence of a small group of armed militia to the international community.  This attack, essentially taking on the might of United States, with President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. the 46^th and current president of the United States.[2], Antony Blinken[3], the 71^st and current United States Secretary of State since 26^th January, 2021, appointed under the Biden administration and Lloyd J. Austin III,[4] the 28^th Secretary of Defense, visiting Israel to confirm that its support for the state of Israel is “Rock Solid”, to express solidarity after Biden’s statement[5]. In addition. Secretary Austin has also stated that “This is no time for neutrality, or for false equivalence, or for excuses for the inexcusable,” Austin makes these statements at a press meeting, alongside his Israel counterpart, Yoav Gallant in Tel Aviv.”[6] This is gross misinformation, noting that United States has been giving military aid to Israel of between 2 and 3 billion dollars, annually. The physical visits of the three most important and highest ranking officials of United States government, coincides with significant peace disruption, destruction of property, mass internal displacement, gross suffering and death of Palestinians[7], by Israel, as revenge and retribution..  Israel has since killed more than 9300 Palestinians in indiscriminate bombings[8] that the United Nations chief António Guterres[9] said were “clear violations of international humanitarian laws”[10].  António Guterres said in a speech to the Security Council on that and he condemned unequivocally Hamas’s deadly attacks in Israel two weeks ago, but that they “did not happen in a vacuum”. Israeli ambassador Gilad Erdan accused him of “justifying terrorism” and called for his immediate resignation.  The next day, Mr Guterres rejected “misrepresentations” of his statement. But Mr Erdan said in reply that the UN chief “once again distorts and twists reality”, and repeated his call for Mr Guterres to resign.[11] This and other statements[12] made by the Secretary General criticising Israel, might cost him his career, noting that the Israel Ambassador to the United Nations has already called for his resignation, for highlighting the suffering of the Palestinians, who are being collectively punished for the attack launched at 06:40 am, local time, by Hamas,  while the Israeli Jews were observing the Supernova Sukkot Gathering. This spiritual festival is an annual, weekend-long, outdoor trance music festival, that began on 06^th October in 2023. It took place in the western Negev desert, approximately 5 km from the Gaza–Israel barrier, near kibbutz Re’im, as a Jewish tradition. Israeli security was provided for by the organisers of the event, since concern was expressed by the attendees that the event was held so close the Gaza barrier wall[13].[14],[15].  This “Supernova Sukkot Gathering”, an open-air psychedelic trance music festival celebrating the Jewish holiday of Sukkot[16].  Sukkot is a week-long Jewish holiday that celebrates the fall harvest. It is one of the most joyful festivals in Judaism, meant to bring families, friends and communities together. The holiday also commemorates the scriptural 40 years that Jews spent in the desert after escaping slavery in Egypt, under the brutal regime of the Pharaoh, probably Ramesis II[17].  However, the frolicking music festival is not favoured by the orthodox Jews, in Israel.[18]

Background to Alternative Viewpoint on the Hamas Attack on Israel

The author categorically states that the following view point, as stated, is not the conjecture of a conspirational theorist, nor it is to undermine the struggle for the liberation of Palestine from 76 years of oppression and occupation by Israel, but it is based on circumstantial evidence, gathered from his journalist friends in the Middle East and the Peri-Mediterranean countries, which the author will present, in the discussions, based on facts that are evident to readers with an objective outlook. This is with respect to the ongoing Palestine-Israel conflict, causing sustained Peace Disruption and an enormous loss of lives, on both sides, but disproportionally higher amongst the Palestinians, including the targeted murders of women and children.

Firstly, the author is of an opinion that the concept of “circumstantial evidence”, warrants a comprehensive definition.  This is a type of evidence in a legal context that does not directly prove a fact but can be used to infer or deduce the existence of that fact. Unlike direct evidence, which provides explicit proof of a fact, circumstantial evidence relies on drawing logical conclusions from a set of circumstances or facts that suggest the fact in question.  The key points about circumstantial evidence are:

• Indirect Inference: Circumstantial evidence relies on indirect inference. It does not directly witness or prove the fact in question but provides a basis for a logical inference.
• Support for a Conclusion: It supports the conclusion that a particular event or fact is likely to have occurred. It can be used to build a case, establish a timeline, or connect various pieces of evidence. For example, if someone is found near a crime scene with no alibi, their fingerprints on a murder weapon, and their clothes stained with the victim’s blood, these circumstances, while not directly proving guilt, create strong circumstantial evidence that the person may be the perpetrator.
• Role in Legal Proceedings: Circumstantial evidence is admissible in legal proceedings, and its weight and significance are determined by the judge and/or jury. A jury is typically instructed to consider circumstantial evidence alongside other evidence when deciding on the verdict of a case.
• Criminal Cases: In criminal cases, circumstantial evidence can play a crucial role in establishing guilt or innocence. It is often used when there are no direct eyewitnesses or when direct evidence is lacking.
• Civil Cases: Circumstantial evidence is also relevant in civil cases, where it can help establish liability, causation, or damages.
• Corroboration: Circumstantial evidence is frequently used to corroborate or strengthen the credibility of eyewitness testimony or other forms of direct evidence.

In summary, circumstantial evidence involves drawing logical inferences from a set of circumstances or facts to suggest the existence of a particular fact or event. It plays a significant role in legal proceedings, both in criminal and civil cases, and can be a powerful tool for building a case when direct evidence is not available.  This is the evidence that the author presents, in support of his alternative viewpoint, for both Hamas, as well as Netanyahu’s Israel.

Evidence Based on the status of Hamas, in Palestine

It is essential to review, in general, the various armed groups involved in the Palestinian liberation struggle, at this juncture, as well as the infighting, amongst them for control.  This discord might be orchestrated by the third force activities, including Mossad and CIA operatives, specialised in such covert operations, amongst the Palestinians, whose mobile phones are infected with Pegasus spyware, to convert Palestinians into agents of Israel, either unknowingly or through blackmail.[19]

The Palestinian resistance has involved various armed groups over the years, each with its own history, goals, and tactics. The most well-known armed, resistance groups in Palestine. are:

• Hamas (Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiyya): is an acronym for the Arabic phrase حركة المقاومة الاسلامية‎ or Harakat al-Muqāwamah al-ʾIslāmiyyah. It translates to “Islamic Resistance Movement” in English. As background information, Hamas was founded in 1987, soon after the start of the first Palestinian uprising or intifada against Israeli occupation. It originated as an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood movement in Egypt. Hamas operates mainly in the Gaza strip and areas of the West Bank, as both a political party and its armed militia, the Qassam Brigades. It has often employed suicide bombings and rocket attacks against Israeli civilian and military targets. Hamas won legislative elections in 2006 to administer the Palestinian National Authority but relations with the rival Fatah party remain tense. Most Western nations consider Hamas a terrorist organisation for its attacks targeting civilians, just as they did with the South African liberation movement during the apartheid era, which demonstrated great parallels[20] with Israeli treatment of Palestinians over the past 76 years and beyond. In fact, a prominent official and former cabinet member, of the African National Congress, the ruling party of South Africa since 1994 democratic transformation, Tokyo Sexwale was arrested in USA for apartheid-era terrorist listing, as he entered through the J.F. Kennedy Airport in New York.[21] The South Africa’s governing ANC has demanded an apology from the United States[22]. This happened in 2013, all because his name has never been removed from an apartheid-era ‘terrorist’ watch list. In summary, HAMAS stands for the Arabic phrase meaning “Islamic Resistance Movement”, reflecting its origins as a militant and political force during the First Intifada against Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. The acronym encapsulates its identity and objectives as an organisation.  Hamas is one of the most prominent Palestinian resistance groups. Its goals include the establishment of an Islamic state in historic Palestine.  Recently, the visiting Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen criticised Mr Guterres in his speech to the Security Council, asking him: “In what world do you live?”

Mr Cohen said the killing of 1,400 men, women and children by Hamas constituted a massacre that would “go down in history as more brutal” than those committed by the Islamic State (IS) group.”Hamas are the new Nazis,” Mr Cohen declared. “Just as the civilised world united to defeat the Nazis, just as the civilised world united to defeat [IS], the civilised world has to stand united behind Israel to defeat Hamas.”[23]

• Fatah (Fatah Movement): Fatah is a political party that was founded in the 1950s and has been historically associated with the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). It has both political and military wings and has played a significant role in the Palestinian resistance movement.
• Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ): PIJ is a Palestinian militant organisation with a strong Islamist ideology. It was founded in the late 1970s and is known for its armed activities, particularly in the Gaza Strip.
• Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP): PFLP is a Marxist-Leninist organization founded in 1967. It has been involved in both armed resistance and political activities.
• Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades: This is the armed wing of Fatah and has been involved in various attacks and clashes with Israeli forces.
• Al-Qassam Brigades: The military wing of Hamas, named after Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam, a Palestinian nationalist and Muslim preacher.
• Fatah’s Tanzim: Tanzim is a paramilitary organization affiliated with Fatah and has played a role in the armed struggle against Israel.
• Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP): DFLP is a Marxist organization and has been involved in both political and armed activities.
• Palestine Liberation Army (PLA): The PLA is the regular military force of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and has been involved in various conflicts.
• Fatah al-Intifada: This is a splinter group of Fatah that emerged during the Lebanese Civil War and has been involved in the Palestinian resistance.

However, the situation in the Palestinian territories is complex and has evolved over time. Some of these groups have historical significance, while others have gained prominence more recently. Additionally, the political landscape in the Palestinian territories is dynamic, so the influence and activities of these groups are in a continual state of dynamism. All these groups have one, singular goal in common, the liberation of Palestine from Zionist oppression, which objectively is their historical right.

The Progressively decreasing popularity of Hamas amongst Palestinians in Gaza

The popularity of Hamas among Palestinians has experienced fluctuations and changes over the years, and the reasons for these shifts can be complex. Several factors have contributed to a decrease in Hamas’s popularity among Palestinians in certain periods. The key reasons, even prior to the October 07^th attack on Israel by Hamas, hundreds of Palestinian activists have been taking part in a rare online event strongly criticising Hamas governance of the Gaza Strip.[24]

• Economic and Humanitarian Challenges: The Gaza Strip, which is governed by Hamas, has faced severe economic and humanitarian challenges, including high unemployment rates, limited access to basic services, and restrictions on the movement of people and goods. Many Palestinians have become disillusioned with Hamas’s ability to address these issues effectively. They, Hamas, “Kidnapped Gaza” began as an audio discussion on Twitter. “Imagine your one-month-old son dies because of the cold. Imagine your son dying because there is no electricity, no money, no wages and no home,” said Mahmoud Nashwan. “Injustice will fall and every oppressor will fall,” added the 32-year-old engineer from Gaza, who now lives in Belgium. The three-hour long, live conversation was organised by five Gazans who left the Palestinian territory after joining the “We Want to Live” protests which were violently suppressed in March 2019. Living conditions in Gaza are dire. There is a severe lack of water, poor sewage treatment and long daily power cuts. Some 67% of the youth workforce are unemployed, with the highest figures among graduates. The economy has been badly hit by the pandemic and an 11-day conflict between Israel and Hamas militants in May 2021. However, it is unusual to hear residents voice any complaints about those in charge out of fear.  “Hamas has billions of dollars in investments in many countries, while people [in Gaza] starve to death and migrate in search of work,” said another activist, Amer Balosha, during the social media event.  He highlighted the plight of more than 100 Gazans, now imprisoned in Turkey after trying to travel illegally to Greece in search of new lives in Europe.  “Hamas, which is responsible for their efforts to emigrate due to its policies, did not intervene to release them,” continued Mr Balosha, a 29-year-old law graduate of Al-Azhar University. He now lives in Istanbul after being arrested by Hamas police for his role as an organiser of the 14 March Movement, which was instrumental in the protests in 2019. The Palestinian Islamist group, Hamas, took full control of Gaza in 2007, ousting Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces in days of bloody fighting, a year after Hamas won the Palestinians’ last parliamentary election.  Following its takeover, Israel and Egypt imposed a tight blockade against the militants which has squeezed the Palestinian territory. Internationally, Hamas is widely seen as a terrorist group. About two-thirds of the 2m people in Gaza are aged under 25. Most have never left the strip, which is just 40km long and up to 11km across, because of tight travel restrictions.  In 2019, demonstrations over the high price of food and lack of jobs brought hundreds of Gazans out on the streets of city centres and refugee camps. They were of a scale and intensity that had not previously been seen under Hamas’s iron rule.  Videos shared online showed security services hitting people and shooting live ammunition into the air to disperse the crowds. Hamas accused its political rival, Fatah, which dominates the PA, of being behind the protests. However, many young Palestinians criticise both factions, accusing all of the Palestinian leadership of ignoring their daily strife.[25]  A Hamas spokesman did not respond directly when the BBC asked for his reaction to the They Kidnapped Gaza virtual event and hashtag still being used on Twitter.  Instead, he pointed out that a new hashtag being used in criticism of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO), which began circulating in reaction, had been more popular. The PLO is headed by PA President Mahmoud Abbas.  Supporters of Hamas have also been quick to attack its critics. “They Kidnapped Gaza and made it a centre of resistance and challenge to the largest power in the world,” a loyalist, Wael Abu Omar, wrote in response on Twitter. “They kidnapped Gaza and it became a hotbed for striking Tel Aviv, Haifa and occupied Jerusalem with rockets. They kidnapped it and Gaza became the defending champion of Jerusalem and Sheikh Jarrah, a politically contentious district in Jerusalem linked to the outbreak of the May war.” Gaza analysts say Hamas officials are unlikely to have been badly rattled as the latest criticism has been concentrated on an online platform not widely used by Palestinians. But it shows the voices of protests still have a way and a means of getting out.
• Intra-Palestinian Divisions: Political divisions and conflicts between Hamas and its rival, Fatah, have created a sense of disunity among Palestinians. These divisions have often led to a lack of progress in achieving Palestinian national goals. As mentioned these divisions are most likely orchestrated by third force agents in the likes of Mossad and CIA operatives.
• Armed Conflict and Violence: Periodic conflicts with Israel, such as the Gaza wars, have resulted in significant civilian casualties and destruction in Gaza. Some Palestinians hold Hamas responsible for these confrontations and the resulting suffering.
• Authoritarian Governance: Hamas’s governance style in the Gaza Strip has been criticized for its perceived authoritarianism, restrictions on civil liberties, and suppression of political dissent.
• Perceived Failure to Achieve Palestinian Goals: Over time, some Palestinians have grown frustrated with what they see as Hamas’s inability to make significant progress in achieving Palestinian statehood or improving the overall situation.
• Changes in Regional Dynamics: The political landscape in the Middle East has undergone significant changes in recent years, with shifts in alliances and regional powers. These changes can impact the standing of various Palestinian factions, including Hamas.
• Youth Discontent: Younger generations of Palestinians, in particular, have expressed frustration with the status quo and may be less inclined to support traditional political factions, including Hamas.
• Global Opinions: International and regional opinions about Hamas can influence Palestinian views. Some countries and organizations have designated Hamas as a terrorist organization, which can affect perceptions of the group.
• Evolving Political Strategies: Hamas’s shift from solely an armed resistance group to a political party has generated debate among Palestinians about the efficacy and direction of the organization.
• Priorities: Hamas expends much of its financial resources on militant capabilities like rockets, tunnels and weapons rather than civilian infrastructure. Its aim is resistance against Israel.
• Sanctions: International sanctions limit Hamas’ ability to move funds internationally and access formal finance tools that could be used for humanitarian purposes in Gaza, itself.
• Governance inexperience: Hamas emerged as an armed resistance group, not administrators. They lack expertise in economic development.
• Reliance on Gaza tunnels: Taxing tunnel trade with Egypt provides revenue but limits pressure to develop legitimate trade and fiscal policy.
• Internal Power struggles: Competition with Fatah and other groups leads Hamas to consolidate control, rather than invest in public welfare.
• Corruption: Analysts suspect much financing is diverted for personal gain of Hamas leaders rather than public spending. But transparency is very limited.
• Donor priorities: Some foreign donors like Iran may specific direct funds towards militant capacities rather than humanitarian needs.
• There is some evidence that Hamas directly extradites or hands over detained Palestinians to Israeli custody. However, violators are dealt with internally.
• Information sharing likely occurs indirectly. Israel may benefit from Hamas cracking down on Gaza militants threatening its border even if coordination is limited.
• Critics accuse Hamas of arbitrary arrests and torturing dissidents[26], working with Israel. Hamas denies these actions and systemic abuses, vehemently.

It is important to appreciate that the popularity of political movements like Hamas can be influenced by a combination of these and other factors, and it can vary among different segments of the Palestinian population. Additionally, public opinion can change over time, so the level of support for Hamas may fluctuate in response to evolving circumstances and events in the region.  However, the important point to note is that the support for Hamas in Palestine was abysmal well before the 07^th October attack on Israel.

 The Progressively decreasing popularity of Netanyahu amongst the Israeli Citizenry

It is important to review a brief background of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Natanyahu.  The name Benjamin Netanyahu does have meaning in Hebrew:  Benjamin (בִּנְיָמִין) – This first name means “son of the south” or “son of the right hand” in Hebrew. It refers to the tribe of Benjamin, one of the twelve tribes of Israel descended from the sons of the Biblical patriarch Jacob. Netanyahu (נְתַנְיָהוּ) – This last name means “God has given” or “gift of God” in Hebrew. It is a compound name combining: Natan (נָתַן) – Hebrew for “he has given”, from the verb root for give.  Yahu (יָהוּ) – A theophoric element referring to God. Derived from YHWH, the Hebrew name of God.  Therefore, his full name Benjamin Netanyahu translates to l”Son of the right hand, God has given”, a name with multiple meanings in the Jewish and Hebrew tradition. This reflects his family’s Jewish roots. Benjamin Netanyahu is considered an Ashkenazi Jew: these Ashkenazi Jews are those with ancestral origins in Central and Eastern Europe.  Netanyahu was born in Israel, but his family heritage is traced to Poland – his father Benzion was born in Warsaw and immigrated to Israel in the 1920s.  The Netanyahu family spoke Polish and other European languages in addition to Hebrew while Benjamin was growing up. He has referred to his Ashkenazi heritage in speeches, for example comparing his intellect to “deep Ashkenazi smarts”.  His maternal grandfather was Nathan Mileikowsky, a prominent Zionist rabbi from Lithuania who eventually settled in Israel.  Culturally, Netanyahu thus comes from the traditional Ashkenazi background of many early Zionist pioneers who built the early Jewish settlements and eventually the state of Israel.  While a native-born Israeli, Netanyahu’s family and ancestry connect him firmly to the Ashkenazi Jewish tradition of Eastern Europe that formed a large pillar of Israel’s founding population.  This Jewish tribe has a higher prevalence of certain medical conditions, more prevalent among Ashkenazi Jewish populations due to shared ancestral genetics:

• Lipid disorders – Conditions like familial hypercholesterolemia involving high lipid levels are more common among Ashkenazi Jews genetically. This increases risks for heart disease if untreated.
• Other genetic conditions – Tay-Sachs disease, Gaucher disease, and some breast cancer mutations also occur at higher rates among Ashkenazim.
• Founder effect – These result from founder effects where ancestral population bottlenecks and isolation amplify certain gene mutations.
• Evolutionary theories – Some posit that higher lipid levels provided advantages in colder climates historically, selecting for those genes. But disadvantages arise in modern lifestyles.
• Identification – Ashkenazi-focused screening programs enable early identification and treatment of those at risk for lipid disorders or other genetic conditions.

In summary, certain medical conditions like lipid metabolism disorders do have higher prevalence among Ashkenazi populations for likely genetic reasons tied to their regional ancestry. However, awareness and modern medical therapeutic regimens and treatments help manage the risks they pose. It is to be noted that Netanyahu, was admitted to hospital, briefly to insert an artificial pacemaker, most probably related to the development of Ischaemic Heart Disease, following dyslipidaemia, primarily resultant from his Ashkenazi genealogy.

Another point is that, Prime Minister Benjamin has the nickname “Bibi” in Israel, since infancy.

• Childhood nickname – He was given the nickname “Bibi” as a child by his family. It is a common Israeli nickname for boys named Benjamin.
• Distinction from his father – It helped distinguish him from his father Benzion Netanyahu, who was a prominent historian. Calling him “Bibi” avoided confusion.
• Memorable shorthand – “Bibi” is catchy and easy to say. Short memorable nicknames are common in politics and help personalize leaders.
• Media popularization – The nickname was popularized by the media since it provided an informal way to refer to Netanyahu.
• Unusual name abroad – For non-Hebrew speakers, “Bibi” is simpler than trying to pronounce his full name.
• Branding – Netanyahu eventually embraced the nickname as part of his political image. It reinforced his warm, familiar public persona.

The nickname “Bibi” originated organically from his childhood but later got amplified by the media and Netanyahu himself as a memorable moniker, that supported his political branding in Israel. It reflects the country’s tendency toward informal, nickname-based politicians.

Netanyahu has been a prominent figure in Israeli politics for decades. Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu’s political career, is briefly summarised:

• Born in 1949, he grew up in Jerusalem and later studied in the US before a stint in the Israeli army.
• Early Political Involvement: Netanyahu began his political career in the 1980s, serving as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C. He also worked as an economic consultant. His early political career included serving as ambassador to the UN and in other government roles.
• Knesset Member: In 1988, Netanyahu was elected as a Member of the Knesset (the Israeli parliament) as a member of the Likud Party.
• First Term as Prime Minister (1996-1999): Netanyahu was first elected as the Prime Minister of Israel in 1996. His tenure included negotiations with the Palestinian Authority and the signing of the Hebron Protocol, but it was marked by strained relations with the Clinton administration in the United States, serving until 1999 when he lost re-election.
• After losing the premiership in 1999, Netanyahu spent a decade out of office. He temporarily retired from politics.
• Leader of the Opposition: After losing the 1999 elections, Netanyahu became the leader of the Likud Party and the leader of the political opposition in the Knesset before becoming leader of the Likud party again in 2005 while in the opposition.
• Second Term as Prime Minister (2009-2013): In 2009, Netanyahu returned to the office of Prime Minister, this time with the Likud Party, forming a coalition government. His second term included discussions on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, tensions with Iran over its nuclear program, and several, major diplomatic challenges.
• Third Term as Prime Minister (2013-2021): Netanyahu won the 2013 and 2015 elections, securing a third term as Prime Minister. His government faced a range of domestic and international issues, including conflicts in Gaza, tensions with Iran, and relations with the United States.
• Of note, is that as the Prime Minister in 2009, he served consecutive terms until June 2021, over 12 successive years in power, as the head of Israel.
• Multiple Elections and Coalitions: Over the years, Netanyahu’s leadership was marked by his ability to form coalitions and navigate Israel’s complex political landscape. He often had to manage a diverse group of parties with varying interests.
• As Prime Minister, he took hawkish stances against Palestinian statehood and supported expanding Israeli settlements, with Jewish settlers in the occupied territories. This was in direct contravention of international law and other accepted legal protocols. He focused heavily on security against Iran and groups like Hamas.
• In June 2021, Netanyahu was ousted from power when he failed to form a governing coalition. This allowed Yair Lapid to become the Prime Minister, instead, with a diverse coalition.
• After a year in the opposition, Netanyahu’s Likud won a plurality in late 2022 elections. Coalition building continued and as of January 2023, he did become the leader with hastily formed coalitions ultra-right groups.
• Legal Issues: Throughout his later terms as Prime Minister, Netanyahu faced legal challenges, including indictments on charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust.
• Resignation: In June 2021, Netanyahu’s tenure as Prime Minister came to an end as a new government was formed with Naftali Bennett as Prime Minister. Naftali Bennett[27]is an Israeli politician who served as the 13^th prime minister of Israel from 13 June 2021 to 30 June 2022, and as the 3rd Alternate Prime Minister of Israel from 1 July to 8 November 2022. However, Yair Lapid is an Israeli politician of the centrist Yesh Atid party, and a former journalist. He has been the Leader of the Opposition since January 2023, having previously served in that role from 2020 to 2021. He served as the 14^th Prime Minister of Israel from 1 July to 29 December 2022.[28]
• Benjamin Netanyahu is once again currently serving as Prime Minister of Israel as of 29^th December 2022, with Lapid leading the opposition.
• After the November 2022 elections, Netanyahu was able to form a right-wing coalition government, returning him to power. He was sworn in as PM for the present term on 29^th December 2022.
• This means Yair Lapid is no longer acting PM, after serving in that role for 6 months in 2022.
• Netanyahu has a lengthy but interrupted tenure in Israeli politics and his main drawcard is “Mr Security” for Israel.

However, Netanyahu’s political future looks shakier in midst of Israel-Hamas 07^th October 2023 war. Already declining support for prime minister falls further, as calls grow for his resignation and public anger rises.[29]  The war cabinet of Israel was formed on 11^th October 2023, five days after the beginning of the 2023 Israel–Hamas war.[30] The opposition party National Unity joined the thirty-seventh government led by Benjamin Netanyahu as prime minister.[31]  Negotiations began immediately after the outbreak of the war.[32]  The Emergency, War Cabinet consists of Netanyahu; Yoav Gallant, the minister of defence; and former Chief of the General Staff, Benny Gantz[33]. There are two observers, Gadi Eizenkot [34]and Ron Dermer[35], who is an American-born Israeli political consultant and diplomat serving as the Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs since 2022. He served as the Israeli Ambassador to the United States from 2013 to 2021 and resides in Miami Beach florid, in the States.

Areas of Discontent It is prudent to examine and review the several factors contributing to discontent, among some Israeli citizens, towards Prime Minister Netanyahu:

• Corruption allegations – Netanyahu is on trial for bribery, fraud and breach of trust charges in three separate corruption cases, which angers Israelis wanting clean governance.
• Economic issues: Despite Netanyahu’s economic credentials, cost of living and housing affordability are major concerns, especially for younger Israelis.
• Political stagnation: After 12 consecutive years as PM, some Israelis feel fresh leadership is needed to move the country forward.
• Failure to stop rocket attacks: Recent barrages from Gaza have put Israelis on edge despite touted defences like Iron Dome.
• No progress on Palestinians: Netanyahu has not made substantive moves towards peace or two-state solution, contributing to diplomatic stalemate.
• Pandering to far right: Netanyahu’s political alliance with far-right parties and settler groups concerns moderate Israelis.
• Handling of COVID-19: Mixed reviews on his pandemic response and economic relief measures.
• Personality and leadership style: Some find Netanyahu too divisive or autocratic in his governing approach.

In addition, Netanyahu’s recent efforts to advance judicial reforms have seen thousands of Israeli protesters across the nation out in streets in major cities across the country.  This has contributed to a further decrease in his popularity among some segments of the Israeli public:

• The proposed reforms would weaken the power and independence of the Supreme Court to overturn laws or Knesset decisions it deems unconstitutional.
• These risks undermining checks and balances on government power. Netanyahu argues the judiciary has too much liberal bias.
• Critics see the reforms as a ploy by Netanyahu to escape his own corruption trial and consolidate power.
• Legal experts and the Attorney General have come out against the proposed changes.
• Large protests against the judicial overhaul plans have erupted in Tel Aviv and elsewhere in recent months.
• Opinion polls show a slight majority of Israelis overall oppose the judicial reform plans, though Netanyahu maintains solid support among his voter base.
• Some centrist and left-leaning Israelis who once backed Netanyahu see the reforms as a step too far.

The judicial reform plans appeal to some right-wing groups, Netanyahu relies on, overall they have sparked domestic opposition and contributed to declining support from moderate Israelis at a sensitive time when he faces tremendous challenges, especially since 0^th October since the Hamas attack on Israel.

While many still support his security credentials, ongoing corruption trials and lack of progress on other domestic issues has harmed Netanyahu’s standing for many Israelis after over a decade in politics.

“The Plot”: Hamas and Mossad, Versus Palestine and Israel

The Plot:  “Incremental iterations leading to the Final Solution, by Israel”.  As a background, the Israel desperately wants the Gaza Strip of approximately 365 square kilometres for three reasons: Firstly, to establish homeland for Jewish Settlers. Secondly to ensure security and safety for Israel and thirdly, as well as most importantly, to eradicate all Palestinians from this enclave of land which is surrounded and walled in by Israel since 1949. In pursuit of this goal, Israel has been regularly harassing, demeaning attacking , maiming, murdering and annihilating the Indegenous peoples of Gza from 1949 .  Over the years the daily incursions by Israeli Defence Force into Gaza and the occupied territories have not only increased in frequency but also ferocity. Gaza he Gaza Strip, or simply Gaza, is the smaller of the two Palestinian territories. Situated on the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea, the territory is bordered by Egypt on the southwest and Israel on the east and north.  It was founded in 1949, has an Area of 365 km² with a population: 2,048 million, as documented in the 2020 census.  Its Capital and largest city: Gaza City; 31°30′53″N 34°27′15″E / 31.51472°N 34.45417°E and is occupied by an Ethnic group of Palestinians, mainly Muslims, but also Christians.  Noting these points, enters “Bibius Caesar” in the form of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu whose popularity is on the wane, for reasons mentioned.  A new strategy, a new plan, a new approach must be found to bring the incremental iterations of 76 years of incursions, insurrections intifadas and institutionalized, systemic racism, discriminative ethnic cleansing and eradication of Palestinians, actually constituting a genocide by international, legal definition  The strategic plan as a “Final Solution’ for the eradication of the Palestine in a justified and “palatable manner” must be hatched so the Western world led by United States, European Union, Britain and others will be seen as savior of democracy in supporting Israeli in its fight against branded terrorists organisations such as Hamas and Hezbollah, liberation activists.

The Protagonists:  The Government of Israel, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, The Mossad, headed by reported current chief David Barnea, the head of Israel’s intelligence service Mossad.  The Head of Israeli Defence Force and of course CIA Special ops unit approved by the Democratic Biden Administration, whose popularity is also waning and desperately needs electoral votes to ensure his stay in the White House for the Second Term after the2024 elections.  These individuals and Units hatch a plan toward the Final Solution for the Palestinians.

The Antagonists: The Prey: Hamas, Hezbollah, et al, supporters of the Free Palestine global Community

The Entrapment Bait, Lure and the Proverbial Sacrificial Lamb.   The Israeli citizenry as attendees, fun seekers, and Israeli youth The Nova, Music Rock Festival held on the night of the 06^th October over the entire weekend, in the Negev Desert, 5km away from the Gaza barrier in Israel. This festival plays load music just across Gaza, citizen, well after midnight, and these Palestinians have nothing to be associated with this music festival supposedly to mark the autumn harvest for the Israelites.

The Bait is also taken by the “Lions of Liberation”:  At 0640 hours local time, an unprecedented “surprise attack” is mounted by the armed wing of Hamas, the Qassam Brigades, with Go Pro camera mounted units attacking the grounds of the festival, neutralizing the IDF security, the disordered security mechanism, resulting in the capture of 230 Israelis, taken collectively, as hostage prisoners.  This was apparently done to the great surprise of the entire, highly complex security apparatus of Israeli, which functions 24/7.

The Victims: Israeli civilians, a small number of foreign nationals being killed as well as taken hostages by the well-orchestrated Hamas attack on Israel.  Which ow has a valid and legal international right to protect itself against an armed invasion by Hamas and other organisations listed by the United States as terrorists, because they are fighting for what is rightfully their land in the first place, expropriated by Israeli settlers in 1949.  The great sympathy generated for Israeli on the global stage, included In this armed invasion, some 1400 Israeli citizens were killed, as reported.  These also included soldiers, security, police and civilian men women and children which is indeed a sad situation. Therefore, the bait was taken, by a process of entrapment, based on the aim towards a final solution, as envisaged by the Israeli government. The revenge attack, by Israel, is  classified as a justifiable operation, for Israel to defend itself:

The Sacrifice: The entire scenario unfolding since then, is according to the anticipated plan, whereby the Prime Minister blames the National Security lapses for the breach, the deaths of Israelis, the hostage capture and the death of civilians as well the bombardment of Israeli property by Palestinian insurgents.  This was the desired result the plot masters envisaged and that is exactly what is happening on the side of the Israelis, earning them international support for the devious entrapment plot, in incremental iterations, they hatched.

The Justification of Israel defending itself and time for American neutrality is over:  The post 07^th October attack on Israeli, response was swift and brutal. Very much like, the bombing of Afghanistan by the United States, after 9/11, with the allied coalition. The entire American war machinery is mobilised, with aircraft carriers, diverted to closer proximity to the Israel, section of the Mediterranean Sea, drones, phosphorous bombs and missiles are launched with devasting effects.  Hospitals, schools and safe locations, as designated by United Nations are specially bombed, killings civilians, including women children and geriatric patients.   Israel cuts of water supply, fuel electricity to Gaza, including hospitals, huge civilian complexes are incessantly bombarded by American trained and led bombes, using America hardware and the Gazans are literally obliterated, including journalists and their family., while being housed in UN approved safe haven, which were then bombed, at night.

The Final Solution goals have been unequivocally achieved by the Hamas invasion, giving Israeli carte blanche to kill, bomb displace, starve and annihilate over 9300 civilians as of 03^rd November 2023.   Furthermore, over 1.3 million Palestinians have been ordered to migrates out of North Gaza where they were attacked enroute.

While Biden, Sunak, Macron and Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Union, all praise the fortitude of IDF, using United States military hardware, human support, as well as intelligence via satellite data of the region, to conduct the counteroffensive.  There is no relief for the injured Gazaians, even to have a humanitarian ceasefire to extricate the dead from the rubble of bombed buildings, including infants and children, nor to bury them, nor to medically treat them in any accepted humanitarian manner whatsoever. This sad demise of basic humanity as demonstrated by the ruthless Israelis supported principally by the Biden Administration and American taxpayers’ dollars, to the value of up to 3 billion US$, annually, as reported.

The Projected Outcomes of “The Plot”:

• Benjamin Netanyahu is seen once again as a saviour by the Western world and the Israeli
• Biden is assured of electoral success in 2024 by the US Jewish lobby
• The Final Solution for the Palestinians has been finally achieved
• The insurgents and activists are neutralised.
• Israel gains control of additional territory, in Gaza, as envisaged.
• Entire Gaza of past, is destroyed, “rubblelified”, dead, buried and empty, with a free, unhindered advance of the Israeli ground forces, as planed in the original entrapment plot.
• Israel has been successful in generating global sympathy with misinformation and disinformation, about Hamas , with narratives such as “beheading infants”, a quote erroneously used by President Biden, to the great embarrassment of the Whitehouse, for the suffering and capture of Israeli hostages by Hamas operatives.
• Noting that all the borders out of Gaza, are closed.  Today, Friday 03^rd November, Israeli armed forces ground incursion has entirely circled Gaza and total annihilation of Palestinians is imminent and inevitable,
• Failing American economy is resurrected by the war in Gaza
• The Arab nations are laughing all the way to the bank with increased oil prices.
• The additional need to expedite the armaments race in the face of regional conflicts, further adding to the coffers of the largest military industry globally, in USA.
• The race for nuclearisation of nations, is accelerated in an unprecedented manner.
• Credibility of Hamas, associated insurgents and activists is reduced to zero, as a force to reckon with.
• Islamophobia and random shootings of Islamic citizens is symbolically condoned, as with the case in France of a women in hijab shouting “Allah is Great”, shot and seriously wounded by police, even though she was unarmed.  She is critically ill in a French hospital.
• The numerous crimes against humanity and war crimes committed, by Israel, are ignored by institutions of law order and justice , globally, since Israel is seen and entitled to defend itself, accepting the carnage, as a collective punishment for all Palestinians, in the process.
• The right-wing organisations, globally see victory in this defeat and annihilation of Palestinians, by the combined military might, technology, intelligence and conniving of the United States and the Western Block
• The impotency and tooth lessness of the UN, ICC, ICJ and other Human Rights bodies, is confirmed, as pandering to the west, as custodian and guardians of democracy.

 What is the compelling body of circumstantial evidence in support of “The Plot for the Final Solution of the Palestinians”, by Israel, as presented above and referenced.

• The intentional and purposeful hosting of venue for the Nova Music Rock Festival close to the Gaza Border, by approval of the Israeli government, well prior to the scheduling of the event.
• The fading popularity of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as evidenced by nationwide Judicial reform protests, in Israel over the past nine months.
• Fading popularity of Hamas in Palestine, making the organization an easy prey for entrapment plots, hatched by Israel.
• The reported total failure of the most intense surveillance system in the world, during the Hamas attack.
• Documentation and Facial Recognition Files of every Palestinian in Gaza and the Occupied Territories, by Mossad and IDF.
• Every Palestinian mobile is infected with Pegasus spyware supplied by NSO an IT Israeli Company
• All Hamas mobiles are monitored by Pegasus for sound and video files,  24/7
• Apparent failures of the American Iron Dome Defence System on 07^th October 2023, allowing missile attacks by Hamas and garnering greater international support, as well as justification for decimating Gaza, following the dictum that Israel has a right to defend itself.
• Absence of spy information from Palestinian informers of Mossad and CIA, who are recruited by coercion and blackmail to work for Mossad in Israel.
• Very strong support from CIA and United States Government to the value of at least 3 billon US$ annually, to Israel.
• Global, as well as South African Jews, trained as reservist, are leaving in hordes, to serve their country, Israel, yet they were born in RSA.
• Biden Administration’s total lack of calls for restraint, truce, ceasefire  by Israel in multiple human rights violations, constituting War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide, by definition.
• Open support with military hardware by the Biden Administration to Israel
• Delays by Western World, including the UN, in calling for ceasefire, giving Israel adequate time and opportunity to ethnically cleanse Gaza of Palestinians
• Blockage of IT and Social media transmissions  in Gaza by Israel
• Convenient “delays” in locating Israelis hostages, although IDF has ground penetrating radar to locate the extensive network of the iconic “Resistance Tunnels in Gaza”, yet the Israeli hostages are reported as NOT found, by the entire might of over 300, 000 Israeli soldiers deployed into the small territory of Gaza and American technology used by the IDF.  This gives Israel enough time to complete the proposed “FINAL SOLUTION”, with total annihilation of the Palestinians, as used against the Jews by the Nazi Regime in WWII, most ironically.
• The overt supports from other electoral vote hunters in the likes of Sunak and Biden, Modi and EU states.
• Discriminatory apartheid Regime Parallels between Pre-1994 South Africa, Nazi Germany 1939 -1945 and current Modi’s BJP India, as referenced by the author in previous publications, on Peace Disruption.
• US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s comments: “The time for neutrality is over” referenced in this publication.

David Barnea, the head of Israel’s intelligence service Mossad[36], visited Qatar on Saturday to meet negotiators and discuss efforts to have hostages released, according to a person familiar with the talks.  Qatar, where key Hamas political leaders are based, has been a go-between in diplomacy aimed at freeing more than 200 captives held by the group in Gaza. It helped to mediate the release of two US citizens earlier this month.[37]  Ismail Haniyeh, the current Head of Hamas based in DOHA, is a Palestinian[38]. The Biden administration pushed Israel to reopen communications networks in the Gaza Strip after they had been shut down, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said.[39]

The Bottom Line is that the future of Gaza, following the events of 07^th October 2023, as well as that of the Palestinians, is extremely bleak, with genocide, as defined by the Genocide Convention[40], of the citizens. Whatever the background to the Gaza attack on Israel is. The latest statistics of this latest bout of revenge and retaliatory aggression, against Gaza, by Israel has left the following morbidity and mortality:

Israel has pounded the Gaza Strip for a 28^th day in a row as the besieged Palestinian enclave faces a growing humanitarian catastrophe.

Internationally accepted rules of armed conflict were passed under the Geneva Conventions in 1949, which state children must be protected and treated humanely.

However, Israeli air strikes on Gaza have killed one child every 10 minutes since the start of the war.

Here are the latest casualty figures as of October November 3, 2:10pm local time (11:10 GMT):

Gaza

• Killed: At least 9,227
  • Including at least:
    • 3,826 children
    • 2,405 women
• Injured: At least 32,516
  • Including at least:
    • 6,360 children
    • 4,891 women

Occupied West Bank

• Killed: At least 143
• Injured: At least 2,100

Israel

• Killed: At least 1,405
• Injured: At least 5,431

The figures have been reported by the Palestinian health ministry, Palestine Red Crescent Society and Israeli Medical Services.[41]

Residents in Gaza have flocked to hospitals and United Nations schools for safety, hoping that Israel will abide by international law and not attack those coordinates.

However, places of shelter and medical care have also not been free from Israeli attacks.

135 medical staff have now been killed, and 25 ambulances destroyed.

16 hospitals are out of service in Gaza, and 32 medical care facilities are out of operation.
