BRICS Is Ready for a Multipolar World
BRICS, 4 Nov 2024

29 Oct. 2024 – At the Annual Summit held in Kazan, the central Russia, on 22-24 October 2024, the BRICS countries (for the time being) completed the process of building their own economic system that is not dependent on the existing global economic system created by the United States and the United Kingdom. The Summit Declaration includes the construction of a multi-sectoral economic system (such as the BRICS clearing, the bridge, the payment system, the unit, the insurance, the rating, other trades, the settlements, the currency functions and more), from the grain exchanges to the joint development of the industrial and transport infrastructure and the digital environments.

- Since the outbreak of the Ukraine War in February 2022, Russia has been imposed on the severe (and unjust) economic sanctions by the United States. China is likely to be sanctioned next. The two countries have united to build a Non-US System that is independent of the US, in order to overcome the sanctions. This act has led them to taking the leadership of BRICS.

- After two and a half years of the construction and the trial period, the Non-American System of BRICS has been almost completed at the Summit. It will be fully operational from now on. The Non-American System is probably less convenient than the existing American System. However, it seems that the BRICS countries have successfully managed to make it work. The world economy will have a coexistence of the existing American System (i.e. the US Hegemony System) and the newly created Non-American System for a while. As the result of the rapid increase in the fiscal deficit of the US government, the financial bubble on the US/Western side will eventually collapse. Meanwhile, the center of the world economy will shift to the Non-American side.

- As mentioned above, BRICS has completed the Non-American Multipolar World System at the Summit this time. China and Russia argue that BRICS has created the Non-American System as a form of the self-defense of the non-US/non-Western countries. This system is to protect the non-US/non-Western countries from the effects of the hostile sanctions, imposed by the US/Western countries, whose potential rivals include Russia and China. The US/Western countries, by imposing the sanctions on the non-Western countries, intend to prolong the US Hegemony, and to purchase natural resources from these developing countries at the low prices. I think that the argument of China and Russian as such indicates only a half of the overall picture of what is happening now (as seen from the Chinese and Russian perspective). The other half is that there are some people (i.e. the hidden Multipolar Faction), within the US Hegemony Management Body (i.e. the US Intelligence Community, DS), who have led the US Hegemony precipitately to its self-destruction and who have pushed the non-American/non-Western developing countries to the center of the world economy. These Multipolar Faction people have done that as such because they believe that a shift to a Multipolar World from the existing US-centered Unipolar World would bring about a greater global growth to the real economy of the world in the long run.

- As long as the US was implementing good [or less unfair] hegemonic measures, China and Russia were satisfied with the convenient US-centered System and did not dare to create the inconvenient [or less convenient] Non-US System for themselves. However, the US sanctioned China and Russia unnecessarily, and carried out the heinous and self-destructive measures such as killing the Russian residents in Ukraine and inciting the Ukraine War. These acts of the US have urged China, Russia and other BRICS countries to establish a Non-US system. Meanwhile, the US Intelligence Community has been in a secret battle between the British/Empire side who want to maintain the conventional Hegemony System and the Rockefeller/Capital side that created the UN P5 (i.e. the hidden Multipolarists). Both of them have been deceiving each other and fighting behind the scenes. The Multipolarists, pretending to maintain the US Hegemony in the extreme manner, have actually been attempting to cause the self-destruction of the US Hegemony.

- Since March 2022, the hidden Multipolar Faction at the heart of the United States has urged the US Congress to stop QE (i.e. Quantitative Easing or buying the bonds through minting), which was the biggest life-support measure for the US Financial System after the Lehman Brothers crisis. Instead, the Multipolar Faction has promoted the US government to inject some part of the rapidly increasing budget deficit into the US Financial System in order to keep the System alive. That caused the over-issuance of the US bonds and the gradual rise of the long-term interest rates and the gold prices. This indicates a sign of the collapse of the US dollar. The US finance could collapse during the next administration (probably Trump’s administration). That will accelerate the decline of the US Hegemony. Then, the Multipolarization and de-Americanization of the Hegemony, which has continued since the Invasion of Iraq and the Bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, will be completed. It is the hidden Multipolarists that have created such trend.

- As the collapse of the US Hegemony System approaches, BRICS has now successfully completed the construction of a minimum alternative system that might well-be called, “Noah’s Ark“. However, it is unclear whether the collapse of the US Financial System will lead directly to the loss of the Hegemony or those who support the Hegemony may be able to take new measures (including the resume of QE) to prolong its existence. Even if the loss of the US Hegemony takes time longer than expected, that is not a problem for BRICS. That will give BRICS more time to improve the new Non-US System. Actually, it is good for them.

- BRICS has included, in the Kazan Declaration, some measures against the Global Warming and the Covid 19 Pandemic Crisis that had been created based on the anthropogenic theory. The anthropogenic theory of the Pandemic Crisis is a fraud that was the outcome of the distortion of the pandemic experiment simulations. The oil and gas interests, which the US side gave up because they believed these interests are fraud, are in the hands of BRICS and the Non-US side. Some people may think it strange, because, on one hand, BRICS is aware of the fraud of the Global Warming, on the other hand, they are taking measures against the Global Warming. There is a hidden meaning behind that. BRICS will only pretend to take measures against the Global Warming and will continue to be an honor student on the surface. (In this context, be aware that the IPCC and the UN, both of which are the judges of the measures against the Global Warming, are actually under influence of China). Therefore, BRICS is in the position to criticize the US and Europe for their insufficient measures against the Global Warming, and force them to give up additional oil and gas rights and to reduce the energy use that could eventually cause the self-destruction of their economies. If the US and Europe economies still do not collapse, the China-led WHO (that is also in the collusion with the Multipolar Faction of the US Intelligence Community) could fabricate a new pandemic crisis and could force the US and Europe to take more self-destructive measures of the city lock-downs. (Be aware that those media that scare and make the Westerners confide are also under control of the US Intelligence Community.) In order to carry out these measures to destroy the US and Europe Hegemony, BRICS included several clauses on measures against the Global Warming and the Pandemics in the Kazan Declaration.

- By using the opportunity of the Kazan Summit, China’s Xi Jinping and India’s Narendra Modi met for the first time in five years. With Putin’s mediation, the Sino-Indian border dispute in Ladakh was resolved for the first time in four years. The Sino-Indian relations will improve from now on. So far, China and India have intentionally left their border disputes unresolved, even though they could have resolved the disputes by themselves in the past. A glance at this unsolved situation made it deceptively look like that BRICS was not united, and made those people at the authorities of the US side consider that BRICS was not a big deal, that India was on the side of the US and was hostile to China, and that US Hegemony was eternal. This time, however, China and India stopped using Sun Tzu‘s “pretending to be weak” strategy of the war and made peace with the US side. Meanwhile, however, China and India are sticking their tongues in the air. For both countries, there are no more major conflicts among the BRICS member countries. While the US was strong, it was necessary for China and India to take measures to make the US let its guard down, but in the future the decline of US Hegemony will be furthered ever more. Then, it will be more effective for the BRICS countries to make the US concessional by scaring the US, rather than making the US their guard down.

- This time, thirteen countries around the world have become BRICS’s partners. Among them are four ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. ASEAN was once a puppet power of the United States. In recent years, however, it has been in the sphere of the influence of both the United States and China. Now, as a companion of BRICS, ASEAN seems to be on the Non-American side. In case asked by the United States, ASEAN will tell that it stays “neutral”. However, Japan and the EU, which are puppets of the US, may consider that “the neutrality” means being on the Non-American side.

- In Japan, the Liberal Democratic Party, the Ruling Party, lost the Election of the House of the Representatives, held on 27 October 2024. During this election campaign, several critically important issues for Japan’s future were not discussed at all. These issues included those of diplomacy and security, which is what Japan should do in a world where the US Hegemony has declined and BRICS has risen, and those on de-Americanization, and those on the progressive Multipolarization of the world. Both the Ruling and Opposition parties have been stupidly hostile to China and Russia and have neglected the ongoing decline of the US Hegemony. This situation has emerged because most most Japanese people simply trust the fake stories, provided by the media authorities. Probably, they do not realize the seriousness of these issues until the US Hegemony will completely disappear. Then, these Japanese people’s choice may be the “unconditional surrender” to China and Russia as they did to the Allied Powers at the end of WWII. Probably, these two non-Western big countries will more likely to leave other countries alone than the US and the UK. Nonetheless, even if these other countries are left alone by China and India, they will not become very unhappy. Shigeru Ishiba, the new Japanese Prime Minister, seems to get along with Trump as well as Shinzo Abe did in the past (or probably even better). Even though he is now at a disadvantage domestically, if he can maintain his position as the Prime Minister, he may be able to do what Abe left behind, which is “the independence” from the US (or the dual allegiance to the US and the Non-US) led by Trump.
