A foreign tourist’s car got stuck in a small Russian village.

The driver found a local engineer who looked at the motor, turned one screw, and the car worked again.

He charged $100 for the repair. The tourist found this excessive and demanded an itemized bill.

It said, "Turning a screw, 50 cents.  Known where, $99.50."
