The rich elite
Will repeat
Who is the boss!
They will analyze
The situation,
How their globalization
Will higher rise.
Luxury, lights,
Brilliant minds
Will parade in a row;
Impressive rockets
Showing how they will sew
Wider their own pockets!

From Plain Sonnets. Christos Christidis is a poet born in Piraeus, Greece. He is a graduate of Athens University, School of Philosophy, and has a PhD from the University of Reading, England. He has mostly worked in the Greek education system and, voluntarily, in various non-government organisations concerned with the global situation.
