In conflict, our options ultimately boil down to two: go it alone or face it together. We make these choices every day, as individuals and neighbors, as organizations, societies, and nations. With the development of mediation, dialogue facilitation, collaborative negotiation, consensus building, and similar skills, we are better able to face our problems together and collaboratively.
