8 Nov 2023 – On 7 Nov was launched the “50-in-5” agenda. The UN, Bill Gates Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation are launching a campaign to accelerate digital ID, digital payments, and data-sharing rollouts in 50 countries under the umbrella of digital public infrastructure by 2028.
