I reflect on the challenge of the Doctors Without Borders staff at the clinic. They are at the frontline of hope, they treat the disabled, do a regular follow up of the AIDS patients, support psychologically the women in distress. They are a group dedicated to provide free health care to everyone. They are also exposed to insecurity.
