22 Dec 2018 – Our big and beautiful Planet Earth that can be likened to an airplane with limited resources has been literally hijacked by the nuclear state terrorists. I, for one, tend to think and feel that nuclearism is the single largest threat humanity faces today. And hence struggling for a nuclear-free world is a top priority task for us all. Nuclear deals, Uranium mining, nuclear reactors, radioactive waste dumps, atomic bombs and Fascist doomsday arrogance are all sides of the same killer cube.

This is the story of how the fence started eating up the crop, and how the watchman plundered the shop. The year 2009 dawned rather badly for the Tamils in Eelam. Some 20 countries including sworn enemies such as India and Pakistan had joined their secret hands in the war against the Tamil people in Tamil Eelam. India, the home of some 8 crore Tamils, was at the forefront doing all it could to help the genocidal government in Colombo.

August 25, 2012 – The People’s Movement Against Nuclear Energy (PMANE) is suing the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL) and its parent body the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) for not giving copies of the Site Evaluation Report (SER) and the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) as directed by the Central Information Commission back in April 2012.

The indefinite hunger strike has been going on for the past 7 days. Some 25 men have been on the fast since May 1 and 302 women and 10 more men have joined the strike on May 4, 2012. We request all our supporters in Tamil Nadu and the rest of India to return their Voter IDs to the local Tahsildar and express their opposition to the governments and show their solidarity with our campaign. Indians living abroad can return their Voter IDs to the Indian embassies in their respective countries.
