15 Nov 2024 – During the Israeli military’s siege of al-Shifa Hospital, surgeon Dr Adnan Al-Bursh was detained and taken to Ofer Prison, where he was beaten and tortured to the extent that he could not go to the bathroom unaided. “He had clearly been assaulted with injuries around his body. He was naked in the lower part of his body. The prison guard threw him in the middle of the yard and left him there.”
